1. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note:
- Orders placed during promotional events or peak seasons may require additional processing time.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) may be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations & Warehouses
Our products are shipped from warehouses within the United States.
We operate multiple fulfillment centers located in:
- West Coast
- South Central
- East Coast
Orders are automatically routed to the nearest warehouse based on inventory availability and the customerโs shipping address, helping ensure faster delivery.
Currently, we only ship orders within the United States.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

4. Shipping Carriers

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently:
- Ship within the United States only
- Ship to most U.S. residential and commercial addresses
- Do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items
- Do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
Gericco is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
If your package appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
8. Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We may not be able to modify the order once it has shipped.
- Additional reshipping fees may apply.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
10. Split Shipments
For large or multi-item orders, products may ship separately and arrive at different times.
You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
