Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return, exchange, or cancel an order, please review the policy below.

1. Returns

At Gericco, we stand behind the quality of our products. Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery, provided that the product remains unused and in its original packaging.

For quality-related issues:

  • If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or quality problem, Gericco will provide a free return or replacement.
  • Return shipping fees will be covered by Gericco.

For non-quality related returns:

  • If the return is due to personal preference or other non-product-related reasons, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of $35.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging (when applicable)

If original packaging is unavailable, you are responsible for securing equivalent protective packaging. Please note that Gericco is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging.

Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping and processing fees may apply.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. After we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with the refund process.

2. Refunds

Restocking Fees

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to most returned items.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to sofas, sectionals, and truck-delivered items.

The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Fee Deductions

In addition to the restocking fee, original or return shipping costs may be deducted if the return is due to:

  • Ordering by mistake
  • Finding a better price
  • No specific reason provided
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference-related reasons (e.g., color or material dissatisfaction)

When Shipping Fees Are Waived

Return shipping fees are typically waived if the return is due to:

  • Product damage upon arrival
  • Verified manufacturing defects
  • Significant quality or performance issues

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
  • Depending on your financial institution, the refund may appear on your next billing statement.

3. Return Address

Please contact us first to receive the correct return address and authorization.

Important:

  • Our warehouse is not open to the public.
  • Direct drop-offs are not permitted.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

We will provide the appropriate return location and shipping instructions after your request is approved.

4. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are typically processed within 8–12 hours of placement.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before you receive the shipment confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled before shipment: No charge.
  • Cancelled after shipment: A restocking fee applies
    • 10% for most items
    • 20% for truck-delivered items

The applicable fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we cannot cancel or refund:

  • Clearance items
  • Final Sale items
  • Display items

5. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Clearance items
  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same product in a different color or material:

  • Submit a return request for the original item.
  • Once approved, return the original item.
  • Place a new order for the desired item.

If your original purchase included a gift card, promotional code, or discount, please contact us before placing your new order so we can assist you accordingly.
