30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy after the product has been delivered.

For quality-related issues:

If the product is confirmed to have a quality problem, Gericco will provide a free return or replacement.
Please contact our customer support team with photos or videos showing the issue.

For non-quality related returns:

Returns or exchanges requested due to personal preference or other non-product-related reasons are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee of $35.

1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of any product purchased directly from Gericco through our official website (www.gericco.com) or from authorized retailers.

Proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility.

This warranty does not apply to Clearance Items (clearly marked as “Clearance” on our website).

Duration of Warranty

Each Gericco product comes with a one-year limited warranty, unless otherwise specified.

The warranty period begins on the order delivery date and continues for one (1) year thereafter (“Warranty Period”).

If a product is repaired or replaced under this warranty, the repaired or replaced item will be covered only for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the Warranty Period, provided the product is used according to the care and use instructions.

Defects are defined as issues that affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product, including but not limited to:

Broken components or hardware
Obvious stains upon arrival
Functional defects
Significant misalignment affecting proper use
Unintended tears or splits in fabrics or leather not caused by misuse

Please note: Due to the natural characteristics of materials such as wood and leather, variations including irregular distressing, oxidation marks, grain variations, and color fluctuations are inherent features of these materials. These characteristics enhance the uniqueness of the product and are not considered defects under this warranty.

Warranty Remedies

Upon confirmation of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, Gericco will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the defective part or product using new or refurbished parts;
Replace the defective part or product with a new or refurbished equivalent;
Provide a partial refund based on assessment results.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear;
Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, accidents (intentional or unintentional), or exposure to extreme or abnormal conditions;
Damage caused by external factors beyond reasonable control, including scratches, burns, watermarks, indentations, or general misuse;
Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
Commercial, rental, or institutional use;
Minor imperfections that do not significantly affect functionality or structural integrity.

Any of the above conditions may void this warranty.
